The 808 Flash Probe produces 100mW of 808nm near-infrared laser light. Studies show that this power and wavelength configuration is able to penetrate deeply to treat cartilage in joints, bone infections and fractures as well as vertebral discs.

Flash Probes are powered and controlled by the Q1000NG which is required for their use.
